The consulate general will be closed during 26-28 January 2009 for the Chinese Spring Festival, when no application or collection can be arranged.

Besides, according to the past experience, there will be very long queues for application and collection in the first 3 or 4 working days after the holiday. So it’s strongly recommended that you avoid coming on those days unless it’s urgent.
