Normally it takes four working days to process your application. For example, if you lodge your application on Monday, you may collect it on Thursday.

Express services are available. If you want to collect on the third working day, A$30 extra will be charged per application. For the second working day collection, A$50 extra per application.

Same-day collection for visa is possible if the application is lodged at the counter before 9:30am, and the pick-up time is around 11:40am. A$50 extra per application.
